Share Meetings With Your Team
By the end of this article you will be able to give a teammate access to your attendance reports, choose exactly which meetings they see, and take that access away again.
Sharing lets a teammate open your attendance reports inside their own AttendKit account. They see the same participant logs, times and percentages you do, without you sending a file.
Sharing works between members of the same organization, so it is available on Team plans. If you need to send a report to someone outside your organization, use a public report link instead.
Share One Meeting
Use this when a colleague needs a single report.
- Open Meetings.
- Find the meeting and click the share icon on the right of the row. You can also open the meeting and click Share at the top of the page.
- The Share meeting dialog opens on the Team tab.
- Click Choose members and pick the teammate you want. Anyone who can already see this meeting is labeled Already has access.
- Click Share.

The dialog also lists everyone the meeting is currently shared with, under Shared with. Click Remove next to a name to take their access away.
Share Several Meetings, or Everything You Track
Use this when someone needs ongoing access rather than one report.
- Open Sharing in the sidebar.
- Click New share.
- Choose what to share. Selected meetings lets you search your completed meetings, tick the ones you want, or click Select all, and the count updates as you go. All my meetings, including future ones is an ongoing share.
- Under Share with, choose one or more members.
- Click Share.

For the ongoing option, AttendKit shows the warning: "Recipients will see every completed meeting you track, now and in the future, until you revoke this share."
The second option keeps working after you set it up. Any meeting you track from that point on becomes visible to those people straight away. Use it for a manager or a co-teacher who needs standing access, and use Selected meetings for everything else.
What Your Teammate Sees
Your teammate opens Sharing and switches to the Shared with me tab. Shared meetings appear there, and they can open any of them to see the full report.
If nothing has been shared with someone yet, that tab reads "Nothing here yet."

Change or Stop a Share
Open Sharing and stay on the Shared by me tab. Every active share is listed with who it went to, what was shared, and when.

Click the arrow at the start of a row to expand it. You then see two columns: the meetings included in that share, and the people who received it.

You have two ways to reduce access:
- Remove one person. In the expanded row, click Remove next to a recipient. The share stays active for everyone else on it.
- Revoke the whole share. Click Revoke at the end of the row. Everyone on that share loses access to those meetings at once.
Revoking is immediate. There is no notification sent to the recipient, and the meetings simply stop appearing in their Shared with me tab.
What Is Never Shared
Sharing gives access to attendance reports and nothing else. It does not give a teammate access to your account, your settings, your billing, or any meeting you have not shared.
As the organization page puts it: members choose what they share, and nothing you track is visible to anyone unless you share it.
