Does it work with personal Google accounts?

Absolutely. AttendKit works with personal Gmail accounts as well as Google Workspace (G Suite) accounts.

We take security seriously. We only store participant names and timestamps. No video or audio content is ever recorded or processed.

Do students need to install anything?

No. Only the meeting host needs to install AttendKit. Use the Chrome extension for automatic tracking, or the Google Workspace add-on for manual tracking via any browser or device.

How do I export data?

You can export your attendance reports to CSV or PDF directly from the dashboard with a single click. CSV files open cleanly in Excel and Google Sheets.

What are public links?

A public link turns one completed meeting into a read-only page anyone can open. You control email masking and expiry, can revoke a link at any time, and get simple view analytics.

How is AttendKit different from Google Meet's built-in attendance tracking?

Google Meet's native attendance tracking requires a paid Google Workspace plan (Business Plus or higher). AttendKit works with any Google account, including free Gmail accounts, and provides richer data: attendance percentages, participant profiles, and historical analytics.

How many participants can AttendKit track per meeting?

AttendKit can track over 100 participants in a single Google Meet session. All join times, leave times, and durations are captured automatically.

Can I use AttendKit on multiple devices?

Yes. Install the Chrome extension on each computer and sign in with the same Google account. All your attendance data syncs across devices through your AttendKit dashboard.

Can I share reports with my team?

With a Team plan, members choose what to share: one meeting, a selected set, or all their meetings, with specific people in the organization. Shared reports appear in the recipient's Shared with me view.

What is a seat on the Team plan?

One seat is one member with their own AttendKit login and full Pro features. Team 5 covers 5 members and Team 20 covers 20. Every member tracks their own meetings.

How do team invites work?

The organization owner invites members by email from the Organization page. Members accept the invite, sign in with Google, and their seat activates instantly with full Pro features.
