Retrieve Past Meetings

Retrieve past Google Meet calls that weren't tracked by AttendKit at the time. This is useful when you've just installed AttendKit and want to pull in meetings you already had.

AttendKit uses the Google Meet API to fetch your recent meeting history. Unlike calendar-only data, this includes actual attendance records: who joined, when they joined, how long they stayed.

How to Retrieve

  1. Go to your Meetings page.
  2. Click the Retrieve Meetings button in the toolbar.
  3. AttendKit fetches a list of recent Google Meet calls from your account.
  4. Browse the list and click the retrieve icon next to any meeting you want to import.
  5. The meeting is imported with full attendance data and appears in your meetings list.

What Data Is Included

Retrieved meetings include the same attendance data as a live-tracked meeting:

  • Participant names and emails
  • Actual join and leave times
  • Duration per participant
  • Number of sessions (re-joins)
  • Attendance percentage
  • Present, Late, and Absent status

You can view reports, export data, and see participant details the same way you would for any tracked meeting.

💡
Retrieved meetings give you the same data as live-tracked ones. The only difference is they were imported after the fact instead of recorded in real time.

Impact on Meeting Limit

On the Free plan, retrieved meetings count toward your lifetime limit of 10 meetings. See Pricing & Plans for details.
