Introducing the New Analytics Dashboard
Get deeper insights into meeting attendance patterns with our redesigned analytics dashboard.
We're excited to announce a major update to AttendKit: the all-new meeting analytics dashboard. This redesign transforms how you view and interact with your attendance data, offering deeper insights, cleaner visuals, and powerful new features that help you understand meeting dynamics at a glance.
What's New
The new analytics dashboard was built from the ground up based on feedback from educators, team leads, and event organizers. Here's what's changed:
Redesigned Meeting Overview
Each meeting now features stat cards at the top showing your key metrics: present count, average duration, and the new engagement score. The engagement score is calculated based on participant focus time and overall meeting duration, giving you a single number that represents how engaged your attendees were.
Participant Profiles
Click on any participant to see their complete attendance profile across all your meetings. View their attendance rate, average join time, punctuality score, and a historical timeline. This makes it easy to identify patterns like chronic lateness or declining participation.
Trend Visualization
The new trends view shows attendance patterns over time with intuitive charts. See how your meeting attendance changes week-over-week, identify your most and least attended sessions, and track improvements after making schedule changes.
Enhanced Export Options
Pro users can now export analytics reports as PDF with charts and visualizations included. Bulk export across multiple meetings is also available, making end-of-month and end-of-semester reporting a breeze.
Available Now
The new analytics dashboard is available to all users today. Free plan users get access to basic metrics, while Pro users unlock the full suite including trend charts, engagement scores, and PDF export.
Why Analytics Matter
Raw attendance data is useful, but analytics transform that data into actionable insights. Instead of scrolling through participant lists, you can now see at a glance whether attendance is trending up or down, which meetings have the highest engagement, and which participants need attention.
For educators, this means faster identification of at-risk students. For team leads, it means data-backed decisions about meeting schedules and formats. For event organizers, it means understanding exactly when drop-offs happen and how to improve retention.
What's Next
This is just the beginning. Our roadmap includes custom report templates, automated weekly summary emails, integration with popular LMS platforms, and an API for programmatic access to your analytics data. Stay tuned for more updates on the blog.
